Q: What do you charge for residential real estate?
A: Please contact us for our current rates. We work to fit into your budget, even as low as $100 per property. Feel free to call for a casual conversation to find how we can best fit your marketing needs.
Due to the time required for a high quality 360° panorama, all panos are $30/ea, with a discount of $3/ea for 6 or more.
Q: Do you offer any discounts for RE agents?
A:The prices above are our discounted rates for RE agents, however we offer an additional 10% discount to all new clients for a period of 60 days.We also offer pre-paid package discounts in 5%, 10%, and 15% increments depending on the packages ordered.Other discounts will be considered based on contract guarantees of volume and/or co-billing to a third party such as a stager or builder.
Q:How fast will my images be delivered?
A:Our RE services include a 48-hour turnaround.Most images however will be delivered much sooner than that depending on our workload, some even the same day.
Q:How do my orders get delivered?
A:For delivery we provide several options.
- We offer electronic delivery as soon as photos are processed or proofs are approved.Our photos are delivered in both smaller sizes optimized for web use and full-size 12mp images for use in magazine and flyer prints.Our license agreement outlines the use in magazines that are allowed.
- If you ordered a virtual tour from us, you will either be able to download the photos from the client access panel or receive a zip file with the images.
- If you do not have access to high-speed internet we can provide a CD with the images on them.This deliver method incurs a $10 fee for delivery to your office the next day after processing is finished
Q:I use Tourfactory for my virtual tours.If I use you, how do my photos get put on a tour there?
A:Since we are not Tourfactory staff photographers we have no admin logins, so we can do it in one of two ways:
-One, Chris is allowed temporary access to your account and can upload photos this way once you've opened a new tour. You can give him a temporary password and change it after photos are uploaded.Chris is the only one that is allowed to do this for Oklahoma 360 Tours; or
-Two, we will deliver our standard zip file, including folders with both small web optimized photos and large print optimized photos, and you can handle the upload yourself.
Q:I use Visualtour for my virtual tours.If I use you, how do my photos get put on a tour there?
A:The answer is much the same for our answer to the Tourfactory question above.You can use one of the two options.
Q: Is there any kind of contract or paperwork to sign?
A:Since we manage our business like any true commercial photographer, before Oklahoma 360 Tours delivers any photos we require a license agreement signed.
-This agreement only needs to be signed once at the time of your first purchase of services and it does not tie you into future commitments.
Q:Why do we have to sign a license agreement?
A: The two main reason are to clarify the copyright status of photos and secondly to protect the rights of clients should the photos be used illegally.
-Images are considered intellectual property of the creator and are protected by US Copyright Laws. The license explains this.
-We do not sell additional licenses to other agents should a listing be dropped without your approval. If another agent wants to use the photos following a dropped or expired listing, you will be contacted first, and if you agree you will receive a 50% refund of the original order price and the second agent will be billed the full regular price without any discounts.
Q: How do we pay?
A:Our shopping cart and billing program is currently under-development.In the time being, we offer two methods of payment:
- Cash or Check payment at the time of the shoot; Electronic Check or Credit Card payment through Paypal before delivering of final images. I require this option for all new clients.
- Bi-Monthly billing is available for return customers who order at least one service per month.
Q:What do you guarantee?
A: We guarantee satisfaction. If we cannot deliver service to your expectations, within reason, we will refund the full value of the order minus any non-recoverable expenses including domain registration, Realtor.com linking, and any aerial service fees.
